Confirmation
Upon receiving your requests, Dream Travel Vietnam team will check and inform you about availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement.

Voucher
Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation and/or your deposit/payment.

Warranty
In some cases, to hold your reservation, hotels will require your credit card details or guarantee. We will email you a credit card authorization form. To validate the guarantee, you will have to fill the form with all required details and return to us by fax or email.

Deposit
Tour booking: you are required to remit a deposit of at least 50% of the total tour price before the tour be processed. Hotel reservations & Travel services: in case your hotel reservation & travel services requires guarantee, you may opt to send a deposit as an alternative to furnishing your credit card details.

Payment by money transfer service of Western Union(used when you are outside Vietnam). It is very fast and suitable for last minute bookings, or bookings that need confirming shortly. Currently, many of banks in the world have it. To transfer money through western Union, you can go to the bank agents where Western Union is available and follow their instructions.

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits, please inform us the full name, country of sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to sales@dreamtravelvietnam.com. The transfer fees are at your side.

Amendments & Cancellation Fees
Dream Travel Vietnam reserves the right to charge a minimum amendment fee of USD $20 per person for each change to a confirmed booking. This is in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.

Dream Travel Vietnam also reserves the right to charge cancellation fees of a minimum of USD $100 per person to cover administration expenses. The cancellation fee can be as high as the entire purchase price (100%) of the booking. The cancellation fee charged by Dream Travel Vietnam can increase in relation to the manpower and time spent on actually processing the cancellation. The calculation of the particular cancellation fee charged may be provided upon request.

The cancellation fees charged by Dream Travel Vietnam are in addition to any fees charged by cruises, airlines, tour operators, hotels, wholesalers or any ther supplier. The fees charged by these suppliers can be up to 100% of the cost of the particular product purchased. The cancellation fees charged by these suppliers can be found on their respective web-sites and/or in their brochures.\

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received before 60 days: FREE of charge, however 100$ US deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation received from 30 days to 59 days prior arrival date: 10% of total rate
Cancellation received from 15 days to 29 days prior arrival date: 30% of total rate
Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total rate
Cancellation received less than 7 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate

Children Policy
The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults
For infant (<04 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost
04 - 11 years old without bed: 50% adult rate
04 - 11 years old with extra bed: 75% adult rate
04 - 11 years old in twin share: 90% adult rate
 
Note: In some cases, the cancelation fees is different from above terms, Dream Travel will inform the details of cancelation fees in each tour booking.
In view of these cancellation fees it is highly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any eventualities. Dream Travel Vietnam will not take any responsibility for anyone who does not take out comprehensive insurance.

Validity of Prices
Prices on the Dream Travel Vietnam website are subject to availability and conditions. Although every care has been taken, the prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice.
Any featured prices for a cruise or for accommodation or any other package will normally be based on a minimum of two adults sharing, unless otherwise indicated.
Featured prices may be subject to port and airport taxes, plus government charges. Please ensure you are aware if such charges are included in your particular cruise. Please also check if gratuities are included in your particular cruise price
